The Parents and Friends of Ludeman Center mission is to advocate for the rights of all the residents of Elisabeth Ludeman Center, to work with the Center towards quality of life enhancement, and to act as an all-volunteer support organization for the family members and friends of the residents.

The Ludeman Center has advised our organization that a proactive statewide revised Visitor Policy for facilities such as Ludeman are now in place.                              

                            NOTE:  The Ludeman Center at this time is NOT in outbreak status.

Contact the Illinois Client Services Enrollment at 877.912.8880.  This office will need your individual’s Social Security and Medicaid Numbers as well as their birth date.  Your Guardianship Papers and the Personal Representative Designation Form can be faxed to them at 312.596.0249.
